Another artist id reccomend on the spot would be gangstarr, he died this month and hearing about him again rekinddled my love for him, he talks about real shit and what i love is the certainty in his lyrics not that other rap garbage about the game and life struggles, Gangstarrs style and honest lyrics suck you in on each song because its real and as real people we can relate.

Modest Mouse - Float On

hey guys my first post here, wanted to start it off with my favorite band modest mouse, highly reccomended if you like indie that speaks to you with a range of soft mellow stoner sounding tracks to a more energy filled rock jam that you cant get out of your head. there isnt a modest mouse song that i do not like, im not one to buy cds but i have bought all of them :) worth checking out if you want somthing new and fresh and wake up your ears with some smashing new tunes.
